The service

DeckFrame (deckframe.io) is a deck design and materials-estimating tool operated by Kempbell Industries, Inc. ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms.

Your account and content

Designs you create are yours. We store them so you can access them across devices and share them via links you generate. A design shared with a view-only link is visible to anyone who has that link. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time from Manage subscription in the app; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which your account returns to the free tier (your designs are kept, but free-tier limits apply to new saves).

Estimates are estimates

DeckFrame produces material estimates and visualizations, not engineering documents. It is not a substitute for building codes, permits, span tables, or a structural engineer. Verify everything before you build or buy; we're not liable for construction outcomes, material overages, or shortages.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: contact@deckframe.io.
